A quiet fleece lined hood with drawstrings and locks, along with a high front collar provide head protection and comfort against wind driven rain and snow.

The jacket's outside has two large front pockets with fleece lined hand warming pockets behind. Accessory D-rings and a rod holding loop, velco provided. An arm pocket is provided as well as easy access side map pocket.

Internally the jacket is lined with a light nylon fabric and two large pockets provide easy and dry storage of items. The cuffs are neoprene fabric with velcro closure and are tucked under the outer waterproof fabric. Thus, your wrist are sealed tight but the velcro is out of the way to avoid snags and the fabric provides additional converge of your wrist and part of your hand.
